PASTOR AT PASCAL previously "Pascal on Ponce" has been a celebrated dining destination in Coral Gables since 2000, founded by renowned French chef Pascal Oudin. With accolades like Best New Restaurant from Esquire Magazine and praise from The New York Times, it quickly became a local favorite for its refined French cuisine.
Today, Chef Alberto Pastor, a Basque native with experience in Spain and France cuisine, has taken the helm. Bringing a fresh, vibrant twist to the classic French fare, Chef Alberto combines bold Basque flavors with the elegance of French techniques.
